Majesty of a king

王者の風格という意味です。こちらも同じくミサゴ・魚鷹です。
数日かかって完成しました。精密さが見どころですので是非、間近で見て頂くことをオススメします。オイルパステルを始めたばかりの初期の作品になります。

威風堂々とした貫禄や、畏怖の念を感じさせる存在感、そして力強さや臨場感、躍動感といったものを表現したいと、雑念を交えず真剣に無心になって彫り起こしました。

その時、時間は止まっているような感覚に陥ります。
私という自我が身体から抜け落ちて、降りてくるものを受け止めるための単なる代替可能な入れ物としての役割となり、私は降りてきたままに忠実に紙の上にそれを再現するという作業をこなしているという不可思議な体験の中で私の作品は生み出されます。

何かが空から降りてくる、何かとは、人知を超えた宇宙そのもの、夏目漱石や森鷗外のいう「自然の摂理」というもののように思えます。
老子は自然法爾、孔子は仁、西欧では「神の御意」カントは「わが心の内なる道徳法則」と呼びましたが、絵を描くと、そういった偉大なものと繋がっているような感覚を味わいます。
それは私にとっては魂が喜んでいる、自分が自分であることに誇りと感謝が湧いてくるといった非常にポジティブな感情に満たされる至福のひとときであります。

一般的にはその一部分をフロー体験というのでしょうか。
